One of my trainees(above), a 15 year old high school football player, was struggling with 185 lbs. on the bench press. After 2 months on my RAW POWER program, he was benching 225 lbs.! I would like to add that this was at a body weight of 180 lbs.! He later went on to set 3 state records in the bench press and dead lift!
