Get HugeClick Image To Visit SiteWhen I was 12 years of age, my one constant companion was comic books and my favorite comic book included "Strong Man Charles Atlas" in them! I always loved the idea that a small guy can become HUGE enough to start fighting villains and bullies from all over after some time. This is also the same theme of Captain America; in fact, they just made a movie about this (of course that was a chemical formula that increased his size and strength manifold – a little make-believe). Moreover, I contained an innate urge to be HUGE as well. But I had no idea how to make my wishes a reality. At age 12, you just KNOW there must be a way but you are not sure how to make these dreams a reality. So I started asking around and reading up on magazines and found out I needed to join a gym but the gyms I wanted to join were not very encouraging. They felt I was too young for weight-lifting and wanted me to wait until I was at least fourteen years old. But I did not have to wait two years; this was much easier said than done. After all, they were not being looked down upon at school all of the time; they were not being picked last on the blacktop or field during recess or P/E. That Christmas I got lucky. I hinted to my family about my passion and I got my wish. Santa delivered big time.

Unfortunately, Mr. Louis lost his battle to heart disease recently, and Uncle Mike wrote up the following workout in tribute to his best friend.  Mr. Louis spent his days running with Uncle Mike and was his companion at the gym.
